Before the Court is a m otion to s tay proceedings in the district court filed by defendants HTC America, Inc., and HTC Corporation. Dkt. No. 145. The motion is GRANTED, and this case will be stayed pending the completion of the inter partes review proceeding before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (“PTAB”). BACKGROUND Plaintiff NFC Technology LLC (“NFCT”) filed this action against H TC America, Inc., on December 5, 2013. HTC Corporat ion was added as a defendant in an amended complaint filed on April 10, 2014.
