Before the Court are the plaintiffs’ Motion to Dismiss w ith Prejudice Defendant Hikvision USA, Inc., Dkt. No. 152, and defendant Hikvision’s Cross Motion for Attorneys’ Fees and Costs, Dkt. No. 155. The plaintiffs’ Motion to Dismiss is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART . All claims asserted by the p laintiffs against d efendant Hikvision in the above -referenced case are dismissed with prejudice.
