Before the Court is Defendants ZTE Corporation’ s, STE (USA) Inc. ’s, and ZTE Solutions, Inc.’s (collectively, “ZTE”) Motion to Transfer (Dkt. No. 44) , filed M arch 28, 2014. For the reasons set forth below, the Court finds that the motion should be DENIED. I. BACKGROUND AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY Plaintiffs Rockstar Consortium US LP, Inc. and Mobilestar Technologies, LLC are entities arising out of the demise of Nortel, a Canadian telecommunications company with a substantial patent portfolio.
