Before the Court is Defendant Mobotix’s Motion to Transfer Venue (Dkt. No. 20), filed April 4, 2014. For the reasons set forth below, the Court finds that the motion should be DENIED. I. BACKGROUND AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY Plaintiff ComCam International (“ComCam”) is a Delaware company with its principal place of business in Pennsylvania. It is the assignee of U.S. Patent No. 6,975,220 (“the ’220 Patent”). Defendant Mobotix is a foreign corporation with its U.S. headquarters in New York, New York.
