On May 27, 2014, the Court held a hearing to determine the proper construction of the disputed claims of the two patents at issue in this case, U.S. Pat ent Nos. 5,751,345 (“the ’345 patent”), and 5,751,346 (“the ’346 patent”). After considering the arguments made by the parties at the hearing and in their claim construction briefing (Dkt. Nos. 135, 136, 137, 144, 145, 150), the Court issues this Claim Construction Memorandum Opinion and Order.
