Before the Court is the Markman Brief of Plaintiff Astute Technology, LLC (“Plaintiff” or “Astute”) (Dkt. No. 47), the response of Defendant Learners Digest International LLC d/b/a Marathon Multimedia (Dkt. No. 50) (“Defendant” or “LDI”), and the reply of Plaintiff (Dkt. No. 54).
