Before the Court are Plaintiff’s Opening Claim Construction Br ief (Dkt. No. 55), the consolidated response of Defendants PreCash Inc. (“PreCash”) and NetSpend Corporation (“NetSpend”) (collectively, “Defendants”) (Dkt. No. 75), and Plaintiff’s reply (Dkt.
