Before the Court are Plaintiff’s Opening Claim Construction Br ief (Dkt. No. 55), the consolidated response of Defendants PreCash Inc. (“PreCash”) and NetSpend Corporation (“NetSpend”) (collectively, “Defendants”) (Dkt. No. 75), and Plaintiff’s reply (Dkt. No. 77).1 The Court held a claim cons truction hearing on June 25, 2013. 1 Defendants PreCash and NetSpend originally f iled separate briefs (D kt. Nos. 58 & 65), and Plaintiff filed two separate reply briefs (Dkt. Nos. 66 & 67).
