I. INTRODUCTION Pending before the Court is Defendant Yahoo! Inc.’s (“Yahoo”) Motion to Transfer Venue. (Dkt. No. 8.) 1 Yahoo contends that the Northern District of California (NDCA) is a more convenient forum than the Eastern District of Texas (EDTX) and seeks to transfer venue to the NDCA pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a).
