Before the Court is Defendants‟ Motion to Transfer. (Dkt. No. 11.) Defendants in this case include Target Brands, Inc. and Target Corporation (collectively “Target”) . The C ourt, having considered the venue motion and the arguments of counsel, DENIES the motion to transfer venue to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a).
