Pending before the court are Defendants’ mo tion to dismiss (Dkt. No. 11) and motion to transfer venue (Dkt. No. 15). Defendants argue th at Plaintiff’s complaint should be dismissed for: (1) improper service pursuant to F ED. R. CIV. P. 12(b)(5); or (2) lack of personal jurisdiction pursuant to FED. R. CIV. P. 12(b)(2). In the alternative, De fendants argue that this case should be transferred to either the Western District of Wisconsin or the Northern District of Ohio pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a).
