Before the Court are Defendant IG Markets, Inc.’s (“IGM”) motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction (Dkt. No. 14) and motion to dismiss for improper venue or, in the alternative, motion to transfer. (Dkt. Nos. 15 and 16.) The Court has caref ully considered the parties’ motions and respective arguments and for th e following reasons GRANTS IGM’s motion to motion to transfer venue (Dkt. Nos. 15 and 16 at 4-9). The Court further orders that this case be TRANSFERRED to the Northern District of I llinois pursuant to 28 U.S.C.
