Before the Court is Defendants’ Motion to Tr ansfer Venue from the Eastern District of Texas to the Southern District of Texas, Houston Division, an d Defendant Reliance Communications, Inc.’s joinder in the Defendants’ motion to transfer. [Dkt. Nos. 93 and 109.] After carefully considering the facts and argumen ts presented by the parties and the applicable law, the Court GRANTS Defendants’ motions to transfer. I.
