Pending before the Court is Defendants‟ Emergency Motion to Stay (Dkt. No. 51) and related briefing (Dkt. No. 53, 59, and 61). Defendants move the Court to stay this case in its entirety until the Orde r of Rehabilitation of Atlantic Mutual Insurance Company entered by the Supreme Court of the State of New York has been lifted. (Dkt. No. 51-1 at 4-8). After carefully considering the parties‟ written submissions, Defendants‟ motion to stay is DENIED. I.
