I. INTRODUCTION Plaintiff Southwest EFuel Network, LLC (“Sout hwest”) filed this suit against defendant Transaction Tracking Technologies, Inc. (“3T”) on July 25, 2007 alleging infringement of its patents, U.S. patent Nos. 5,787,405 (“the ‘405 pa tent”) and 5,909,673 (“the ‘673 patent”). This order addresses the parties’ various claim c onstruction disputes.
