After considering the submissions and the arguments of counsel, the Court i ssues the following order concerning the claim construction issues: I. Introduction Plaintiff Alexsam, Inc. (“Alexsam”) filed this lawsuit against defendants Evolution Benefits, Inc. and Humana, Inc. (“Humana”) al leging infringement of the U.S. Patent No. 6,000,608 (“the ’608 Patent”).
