After considering the submissions and the arguments of counsel, the Court i ssues the following order concerning the claim construction issues: I. Introduction Plaintiff Keystone Autonics, Inc. (“Keystone”) filed this case accusing Defendants Sirius Satellite Radio Inc. and XM Satellite Radio, Inc. (collectively, “defendants”) of infringement of claims 1-31 of United States Patent No. 7,165,123 (the “’123 patent”), and claims 1-8, 10, and 12-15 of United States Patent No. 6,324,592 (the “’ 592 patent”).
