Before the Court is Defendant’s Motion to Transfer Venue (#10) and Plaintiff’s Motion to Transfer Venue to Another Federal District Court in Texas or, Alternativel y, to Take Discovery (#21). The Court has carefully considered the parties’ written submissions and GRANTS, in part, and DENIES, in part, Defendant’s motion to transfe r and DENIES Plaintiff’s motion to transfe r venue.
