Before the Court is Defendant Interact ive Communications (“InComm’s”) motion to enforce the parties’ Settlement Agreement (D kt. No. 237) and emergency motion to stay the arbitration (Dkt. No. 238). For the following reasons, the Court DENIES InComm’s emergency motion to stay arbitration and DENIES InComm’s motion to enforce the Settlement Agreement. I. BACKGROUND Plaintiff Alexsam, Inc.
