RFC Lenders of Texas, LLC (“RFC”) appeals an order of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas granting Smart Chemical Solutions, LLC’s (“Smart Chem- ical”) motion to dismiss on the basis that the asserted pa- tent’s claims are ineligible for patenting under 35 U.S.C. § 101.
