Enviro Tech Chemical Services, Inc. (“Enviro Tech”) appeals from a decision of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas determining that the asserted claims 1–3, 5–12, 14– 19, 21– 24, 26 –29, and 31 –33 of its U.S. Patent 10,912,321 (“the ’321 patent”) were invalid as indefinite.
