Polygroup Ltd. (Macao Commercial Offshore), Poly- group Macau Limited BVI, Polytree (HK) Co. Ltd., and Pol- ygroup Trading Ltd. (collectively, Polygroup) appea l an order from the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota denying Polygroup’s motion for judgmen t as a matter of law (JMOL) of obviousness and for a new trial on damages. For the following reasons, we affirm. BACKGROUND Willis Electric Co., Ltd. (Willis) owns U.S. Patent No. 8,454,186, which relates to pre-lit artificial trees with decorative lighting.
