Celltrion, Inc. (“Celltrion”) appeals a preliminary in- junction that bars Celltrion from launching its biosimilar version of Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc.’s (“Regeneron”) FDA-approved aflibercept biologic product EYLEA®.
