AGI SureTrack LLC (“AGI”) appeals a final judgment of the United States District Court for the District of Ne- braska holding that its asserted claims are directed to pa- tent-ineligible subject matter. Farmers Edge Inc. and Farmers Edge (US) Inc. (collectively, “Farmers Edge”) cross-appeal, arguing that the district court erred in hold- ing that the case was not exceptional.
