Taction Technology, Inc. (Taction) appeals the United States District Court for the Southern District of Califor- nia’s grant of summary judgment of noninfringement of claims 1–20 of U.S. Patent No. 10,659,885 and claims 1–17 of U.S. Patent No. 10,820,117 (asserted claims). For the following reasons, we vacate and remand for further pro- ceedings.
