Image Processing Technologies, Inc. (“IPT”) sued LG Electronics, Inc. (“LG”) in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas for infringement of U.S. Patent No. 6,959,293 ( “’293 patent”). The district court conducted claim construction and, thereafter, the parties entered into a stipulated final judgment of invalidity. IPT appeals, arguing that the district court’s construction was erroneous.
