This is a patent -infringement action by Caddo Sys- tems, Inc. and 511 Technologies, Inc. ( collectively, Caddo) against Siemens Aktiengesellschaft (AG) and Siemens In- dustry, Inc.1 The district court entered summary judgment for Siemens Industry based on a n agreement between Caddo and Microsoft settling earlier litigation.
