Appellant Inguran, LLC appeals the dismissal by the Western District of Wisconsin of the induced infringement suit it brought against Appellee ABS Global, Inc. The dis- trict court found that Inguran’s claim was precluded by res judicata based on an earlier judgment the court entered against Appellee.
