FMC Technologies, Inc. (“FMC” or “Defendant”) ap- peals from the final judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas denying its motion under 35 U.S.C. § 285 for attorneys’ fees and non- taxable costs. OneSubsea IP UK Ltd. v. FMC Techs., Inc., No. 4:16- CV-51, 2021 WL 5121651 (S.D. Tex. Sept. 27, 2021). Be- cause the district court did not abuse its discretion in deny- ing FMC’s § 285 motion, we affirm.
