DATA ENGINE TECHS. LLC v. GOOGLE LLC 2 This is the second appeal in this case . Data Engine Technologies LLC (DET) appeals the United States Dis- trict Court for the District of Delaware’s summary judg- ment of noninfringement . The district court’s summary judgment was premised on its construction of the term “three-dimensional spreadsheet” recited in the preamble of the asserted claims. For the reasons below, we hold that the preamble is limiting and adopt the district court’s con- struction of that term.
