The University of South Florida Research Founda- tion, Inc. appeals the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut’s order dismissing its patent in- fringement suit against Fujifilm Medical Systems U.S.A., Inc. for lack of statutory and constitutional standing. For the reasons stated below, we vacate the court’s dismissal and remand for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
