Maia Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Maia”) appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Dis- trict of New Jersey that Maia’s sincalide product infringes U.S. Patent 6,803,046 (“the ’046 patent”), owned by Bracco Diagnostics, Inc. (“Bracco”). J.A. 1 –8.
