Plaintiff-appellants Steve Neville, Substructure Sup- port, Inc., and TDP Support, Inc. (collectively, “Substruc- ture”) appeal the district court’s ruling o f summary judgment that certain accused products of Foundation Con- structors, Inc. and Foundation Pile, Inc. (“Foundation”) do not infringe claims 1, 2, 4, 6–9, 16–20, 22–30, 32, and 33 of U.S. Patent No. 7,914,236 and claims 1–6, 25–29, 31, and 39 of U.S. Patent No. 9,284,708. We affirm.
