The United States District Court for the District of Minnesota granted defendant Tricam Industries, Inc.’s (“Tricam”) motion to exclude testimony from plaintiff Wing Enterprises, Inc. ’s (“Wing”) expert and granted Tricam’s motion for summary judgment. See Wing Enters., Inc. v. Tricam Indus., Inc., No. 17-cv-01769, 2019 WL 2994465 (D. Minn. July 10, 2019) (“Decision”). Wing appeals. For the reasons below, we reverse- in-part, affirm-in-part, and re- mand.
