WhitServe LLC owns U.S. Patent Nos. 5,895,468 and 6,182,078, both of which describe and claim systems and methods by which providers of professional services, using the Internet , send reminders to clients and obtain re- sponses from them . We addressed these patents in WhitServe LLC v. Computer Packages, Inc. , 694 F.3d 10 (Fed. Cir. 2012) (WhitServe I), where we resolved questions of infringement and anticipation, among other issues.
