Sauder Manufacturing Company v. J Squared, Inc., No. 19-1430 (Fed. Cir. Jan. 28, 2020)
From the Opinion
The passage below is extracted verbatim from the opening of the document. It has not been editorially summarized — consult the full opinion for the court's complete reasoning.
This appeal arises from a dispute following the settle- ment of a patent infringement action brought by Sauder Manufacturing Company against J Squared, Inc., doing business as University Loft Company (hereinafter, “ULC”). Sauder filed a petition alleging that ULC had failed to com- ply with the terms of the parties’ settlement agreement and accompanying permanent injunction. The district court ul- timately rejected all of the claims in Sauder’s petition, de- clining to grant any relief to Sauder.
