Tarun Surti appeals from a decision of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan granting sum- mary judgment in favor of Fleet Engineers, Inc. on his claims of infringement of U.S. Patent No. RE44,755, breach of contract, and misappropriation of trade secrets. We hold that the district court properly granted summary judgment as to the breach of contract and misappropriation of trade secrets claims.
