MerchSource, LLC (“MerchSource”) appeals the United States District Court for the Northern District of California’s order granting Dodocase VR, Inc.’s (“Dodo- case”) motion for preliminary injunction and ordering MerchSource to attempt to withdraw three PTAB petitions it filed and attempt to dismiss the PTAB proceedings. Hav- ing considered the parties’ arguments, we affirm the dis- trict court’s grant of the preliminary injunction.
