Phazzer Electronics, Inc. (“Phazzer”) appeals from the district court’s order granting Taser International, Inc.’s (“Taser”) motion for sanctions. Taser Int’l, Inc. v. Phazzer Elecs., Inc., No. 6:16 -cv-366, 2017 WL 3584906 (M.D. Fla. July 21, 2017). Specifically, the district court: (1) struck Phazzer’s motion to dismiss the amended complaint; (2) entered default judgment in favor of Taser ; (3) awarded Taser compensatory and treble damages as well as attorney fees and costs; and (4) entered a perm a- nent injunction against Phazzer. Id . at *3.
