(“Kaz”) appeals the United States Di s- trict Court for the District of Massachusetts decision holding claims 7, 14, and 17 of U.S. Patent No. 6,292,685 (“’685 patent”) and claims 17, 24, 33, 39, 40, 46, 49, 60, and 66 of U.S. Patent No. 7,787,938 (“’938 patent”) d i- rected to patent eligible subject matter.
