Plaintiffs-Appellants Alfred T. Giuliano , Chapter 7 Trustee of the Ritz bankruptcy estate; CPM Electronics Inc.; E.S.E. Electronics, Inc.; and MFLASH, Inc. filed this Walker Process antitrust class action against SanDisk LLC. The district court granted summary judgment in favor of SanDisk. Because the record does not show evidence sufficient to raise a triable issue on SanDisk’s intent to deceive the Patent and Trademark Office, we affirm. I Alfred T.
