TMC Fuel Injection System, LLC (“TMC”) appeals the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylv a- nia’s grant of summary judgment of noninfringement . The district court based its decision on an application of prosecution history disclaimer. We affirm. BACKGROUND TMC filed this infringement suit against Ford Motor Co. (“Ford”) in 2012, alleging that fuel injection systems in Ford’s vehicles infringe claims 38 and 40 (“the asserted claims”) of U.S. Patent No. 7,318,414 (“’414 patent”).
