Glenmark appeals the United States District Court for the District of Delaware ’s final judgment entered in favor of Intendis GmbH , In- traserv GmbH & Co. KG, and Bayer HealthCare Pharma- ceuticals Inc. (collectively, “Appellees” ). For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
