In three separate appeals, Appellant Dr. Aleksandr L. Yufa challenges various decisions of the United States District Court for the Central District of Califo rnia.1 For reasons discussed below, we solely address issues raised in Appeal No. 2015- 1063. In that appeal, Dr. Yufa cha l- lenges the district court’s summary jud gment decision that Appellee TSI , Incorporated (“TSI”) did not infringe U.S. Patent Nos.
