Pro se appellant Walter J. Albecker appeals from the summary judgment of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois holding that certain chairs made by Contour Products (“Accused Products”) do not infringe Albecker’s U.S. Patent No. 5,836,653 (“ ’653 patent”). Specifically, the district court held that, as a matter of law, the Accused Product’s one -piece constru c- tion does not satisfy the limitations of the ’653 patent.
