DECISION TriStrata, Inc. (“TriStrat a”) appeals the judgment of non-infringement of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California in favor of Microsoft Corporation and Adobe Systems Incorporated (“Appe l- lees”) in TriStrata’s suit against them for infringement of U.S. Patent Nos. 7,257,706 (“the ’ 706 patent ”) and 7,743,249 (“the ’249 patent”).
