This case returns to us on remand from the Supreme Court of the United States. Halo Elecs., Inc. v. Pulse Elecs., Inc., 136 S. Ct. 1923 (2016). In the original appeal, Zimmer, Inc., Zimmer Surgical, Inc., and Zimmer Orth o- paedic Surgical Products (collectively “Zimmer”) appeal ed from the final judgment of the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan tha t U .S. Patent Nos. 6,022,329 (“’329 patent”), 6,179,807 (“’807 patent”), and 7,144,383 (“ ’383 patent”) were valid and willfully infringed.
