Appellant Bose Corporation (“Bose”) asserted U.S. Patent No. 7,277,765 (the “’765 Patent”) against Appellees SDI Technologies (“SDI”), Inc., Imation Corporation, Memorex Products, Inc., and DPI, Inc.
