Source Vagabond Systems, Ltd., Pearl Cohen Zedek Latzer LLP, Guy Yonay, and Clyde Shuman (collectively, “Source” or “Appellants”) appeal the decision of the di s- trict court sanctioning Source under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11 (“ Rule 11 ”) for bringing a frivolous patent infringement suit against Hydrapak, Inc. (“Hydrapak”). For the reasons set forth below, this court affirms.
