This appeal is from the summary judgment of the United States District Court for the District of Massach u- setts. The plaintiffs, Dr. Berish Y. Rubin and Dr. Sylvia L. Anderson, brought suit against The General Hospital Corporation (herein MGH), requesting correction of inventorship under 35 U.S.C. §256 of two patents a s- signed to MGH, or alternatively to invalidate the patents under 35 U.S.C. §102(f). The dispute arose from the allegedly improper communication to the named MGH inventors, Dr. James F. Gusella and Dr. Susan A.
