Medtronic, Inc. ("Medtronic") filed a complaint in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware seeking declaratory judgment of noninfringement and invalidity of Mirowski Family Ventures, LLC's ("MFV") U.S. Reissue Patents No. RE38,119 ("RE'119 Patent") and No. RE39,897 ("RE'897 Patent"). The district court en­ tered judgment of noninfringement in favor of Medtronic and judgment of validity and enforceability in favor of MFV. Medtronic, Inc. v.
